Ok So I have a very early 1999 9-5 2.3 lpt. Built 1/98. The car is highly modified and cracked the passenger side Poly bushings I put in earlier this year (I think this is due to the quality of the eBay poly bushing rather then another issue) But I have a MILL/LATHE and some Delrin rod laying around so I figured why not?? I had a Delrin bushing set up on a old Fiat Spyder years back so worth a shot. The issue is I really wish this to be a quick in and out as my Lathe/mill is at home and my shop to work on cars is now at a buddies shop across town. Here is my request.

Does anyone have the access to (without too much stress) a 9-5 control arm AND the mounting area on the FRONT BUSHING location?

I figure maybe someone has a car pulled apart and can grab these spec's

The spec's I'd need:

Center sleeve O.D. (metal part the bolt goes through in center of the bushing).

overall I.D. length of the space on the subframe where the front bushing fits into from where the bolt mounts front and rear of the bushing.

The I.D. of the hole the bushing presses into the control arm. and length front to back.


EXTRA BONUS POINTS IF YOU CAN GET THE REAR BUSHING SPECS FOR THE FRONT CONTROL ARMS TOO.
