I have the same car and engine, but with 265K miles. I just installed my second replacement MAF after getting a P0100 code. Given the age, ease of replacement and relatively low cost of the part (<$100), I see no harm in trying.
That said, searching the board for this code pointed to the PCV and vacuum lines that you tested, but also referred to some O-rings in the oil fill as a culprit. While it didn't cause any codes, I did have a split O-ring in my oil cap that I needed to replace to stop a leak.
