I just did this on my 03 Arc, passenger side.
Driver and passenger side are different.
You need the oring and nozzle, and cover. I would also recommend getting an extra clip. They are small and it's easy to lose the one that comes with the replacement nozzle.
For my car, the parts were as follows, from eeuro
5492905 headlight Washer nozzle
5407614 headlight washer clip
12762224 oring.
I don't have a part number for the cover, but it probably is unpainted from Eeuro anyway and you might fare better at Goldwing for one that's already painted. Again, it's not the same number as the driver side in all likelihood. That said, if you get the nozzle back in place, the washer will function properly and you can just snap the cover on when you get it for the finished look.
Just to be clear, the part numbers above were for a 2003 9-5 Arc, Passenger side
