2006 xenon bulb replacement--now city & parking light out?

I replaced both D1S xenon bulbs today in my 2006 9-5 (Dame Edna). I did the full bumper cover removal process, removed both headlight assemblies, and replaced the bulbs sitting comfortably in the hatch. Put it back together and both xenons work just fine.
However, the passenger side parking (yellow light at far outside edge) and city light (small white light between the two projector housings) are out. These both worked before I took it all apart! (Naturally, before final bumper cover fitment I reconnected the battery to check that the lights worked--but assumed that since the headlights and drivers' side lighting worked, everything else must have been!)
I do still have the rear parking lights working, but I checked the fuse for passenger side parking lights (#4 I believe) and it is fine. And, for good measure, both front foglights also work.
There are only two electrical connections on the headlight housing/assembly are: 1) the line going to the main housing (for the xenon bulb and the city light, and 2) the small connector going directly to the yellow parking light. Both appear to be fully connected.
Any thoughts on what might have taken out both lights, or what I should check next? Could I have really just burned both out? Something to do with the re-assembly process?
TIA,
Tim B.
