2006 9-5 sport 82K miles. The car seems like it is starved for fuel after it sits for a few hours on start up. It will always engage but I have to give it gas for like 5 seconds to keep it running, then it is fine. Head gasket just passed pressure check & there is no visible leakage or, bubbling in the in the coolant reservoir or, loss of coolant. Coolant is normal color & oil is as well. Once started it runs fine & no unusual exhaust other than normal start up like every other car. After reading some posts I was thinking the fuel pump check valves, however, I do not see any such parts listed for a 2006-2009. It seems like the fuel pump set up changed after 2005. Does anyone know if the check valves were an issue that can be addressed after 2005 or, are they integrated into fuel pump itself? Any other suggestions on the rough cold start?
