All three of the used IDMs I've had for many years are TK4.4, so it may be pointless to even try using them.
As of today, I'm not ready to let go of my Saab without making further efforts, so I may go ahead and order two new IDMs from eeuroparts. At $700 for two of them, that's not pocket change, of course, but from everything I've read here over the years and now in this thread, that seems to be the logical gamble to take.
