Clunk clink go the control arms

My wife's '03 9-5 wagon, which I drive about 6 times a year, is making clunking noises over some bumps. I feel some under my feet when driving. I'm guessing that it's the lower control arms and bushings, as they are original at 14 years and 165K miles.
I want to make this as painless as possible as I don't have a lift, so am thinking I buy arms and bushings and do a full remove and replace instead of removing the arms, getting the old bushes off, new ones on and the reinstalling the whole thing. eEuro has a few options for bushes and arms. I can see buying used arms from Goldwing and putting new bushes on them. I just need to do this so the car is "down" for as short a time as possible.
What are your thoughts guys?
I probably ought to do the front subframe bushes, too, but those seem ok for now.
TIA
