well that's an inspirational message, I was contemplating just leaving it set in the cold position for the summer. I didn't see where the harness going into the HVAC box had a connector at that end, it just kind of disappeared but I'll take another look.
The HVAC on the driver's side has been unreliable for yrs, sometimes working perfectly other times warm air or worse in the summer semi cool air. Recalibration always fixed but showed no errors. But headed out hunting this winter when it was around 8 degrees I got hit by a double whammy - the thermostat failed open and the mix flap flaked as well so my feet and legs got pretty frozen on that drive, the faster I drove the colder the cabin air got.
