I would suggest watching u tube videos "getting out stuck bolts".
You'll get some good ideas, easier than trying to explain (you know, picture worth a 1000 words).
The usual tricks, heat, welding nuts, etc. are probably bad in your case.
Other than sharp chisel/hammer and drill/extractor, I can't suggest anything.
