My 2002 A/C has intermittently been suffering this condition as well as poor recirc operation, with two code 13s being displayed. Saab shop says I need new box at a cost of $3200 but postings on this board tell me code 13s can be fixed without great expense. See my post on this board yesterday, where I describe what I found broken on passenger side. I know the driver side is much more difficult to work on and I hope to get saab shop to do this after I finish passenger side repair (hopefully today after dishwasher project is completed...) as saab shop agrees it's a good idea to get new center (165k on it) and upper idler pulley (80+k on it) before the start of my 2500 mile trip to California. Shop did say that recalibration of ACC corrects the airflow problem for short periods of time and we have been doing that some but it's time to solve the issues.
