I found this part on-line and ordered it from saabusaparts two weeks ago, this e-tailer was the on-line parts arm of one of the closed Saab Dealers absorbed by Charles River Saab. I received an order acknowledgment the same day, but really I half expected to receive a NLA message the following day. No other e-mail ever arrived that I saw.

Two weeks without hearing anything. The 'Contact Us' and 'Check Order Status' buttons on the saabusaparts website don't work. I called Charles River Saab today and they very apologetically informed me that this part is indeed NLA. Their records show an email was sent to me on the day after my order informing me of this disappointing part status. My Trash folder and Junk folder don't go back quite far enough to verify or dispute.

Either way, Charles River Saab is a Class Act! Their parts guy stayed on the line to discuss other options available to me for seat repair.
