Parts I used for my 2000 9-5 2.3L:
OTC Tools 5610 - nice, big gauge set, long hose with swivel, quick-disconnect ends. Transmission gauge included.
Cummins 12 Valve Fuel Pressure Banjo Bolt Thread Adapter from Glowshift; comes with 2 copper crush washers. This is an M14 x 1.5. Fits perfectly.
1/8-27 NPT Female to Male 90 Degree Elbow Thread Adapter from Glowshift - not needed if you have the OTC gauge above or other gauge set that has adapters.
I removed the splash shield, oil filter, and banjo bolt on the turbo oil line. Not much oil comes out. Fitted the Banjo bolt adapter first; I used the old copper washers. Saved the new ones for reassembly. Then the 90 degree elbow. Tight getting that in since it touches the turbo oil return hose but it goes. Then the gauge hose. Oil filter back on. I couldn't see any reason to lower the car as WIS says so I started it, checked for leaks, then the pressure. At idle, it was at 35 psi.
