AIR DISTRIBUTION FLAP HELP Posted by saabsince 93b [Email] (#972) [Profile/Gallery] (more from saabsince 93b) on Fri, 30 Jun 2017 10:30:54 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I have been resurrecting the A/C on my 2000 Aero wagon stick shift project car. Vacuumed the system and charged it. Producing wonderful cold air.....BUT
ALL the cold air is coming out the floor vents and the rear seat duct.
I have code B2406 and ACC code 13. "distribution flap jammed" I checked the motor and it is working.
I have a new aluminum arm and shaft connection to put in there, but the upper shaft seems to work OK and turn and is not broken.
I am concerned that the arm and the rod do not have enough movement. Could that be the cause? Is the lower flap jammed?
I would love some help from anyone who has been there with this problem.
THANKS IN ADVANCE
