quick update on electrical issue

so here we are again. On Saturday I replaced a positive battery cable, cleaned the ground point (transmission) on s nrgative one. Charged my battery (3 years old interstate) and checked it with a Schumacher tester. New battery should have 730 CCA and 910 CA. Mine has 707 CCA and 848 CA which i think is really good.
Problem is that i still have the same electrical issue. After driving my car for awhile, parking lights and ACC display beging to flicker and the battery volage fluctuates by 0.45-0.5 Volts. As it fluctuates, the lights flicker, 1 time per second (approximately). Again, it doesn't hapoen right the way, but if i put A/C on it will trigger it faster.
Today i checked all the light bulbs just to make sure. On bulb was not the right type (tail light turn signal) and i replaced it. Didn't drive the car after that yet but i am sure this will not fix the issue.
What's next? Should i suspect an alternator? Which circuit(s) should i test? Does anyone have a suggestion? At this point i am not even sure what to look for.
