There are many ways to get what you need. Spend an hour searching through this board to see all the alternatives.
In my case, the transponder chip (embedded in the head of my spare key) had failed. (My '99 has the separate ignition key and "banana" remote.) After finding a spare key and ignition lock cylinder on eBay, I popped open the key heads on both my spare key and purchased key, and transferred the good chip to my spare. This approach eliminated the need for me to get a recut key blade. Then I paid a friendly visit to my mechanic to get my reconstituted spare reprogrammed to my car (n.b., all keys must be reprogrammed during the same session).
When 9-5's get parted out, the sellers often package the TWICE*, both keys, and the lock set together for sale. But I've also seen the keys for sale by themselves on the 'Bay. So that's another option.
Good luck.
