Electrical gremlins-fixed!

Just wanted to share this one with you. I had a weird electrical problem-after driving a car for awhile especially in hot weather, parking lights and ACC unit lights were flickering- there was a voltage drop to 13.00 Volts (it cycled 13.00-13.57, 1 time per second or so). I replaced a positive battery cable, installed a new battery, checked the ground connections, relays, etc. Nothing helped.
Finally, I decided to change the alternator after ruling out everything else. I picked up a used unit at pick-n-pull and rebuilt it. It also received a new voltage regulator. Alternater I pulled out of my car had at least one problem-all the windings on stator were crimped to diodes. No soldering. Heavy oxidation and corrosion all over rectifier.
A few intetesting things to know. Altetnator replacement took about 9 hours, done from the top of engine bay. I had to file intake manifold to make the things easier but I have to say it's very doable procedure. After replacement the car starts much better. I don't get ACC software error code during calibration, ACC and SID lights are slightly brighter. Transmission (!) shifts much better-it used to shift with kicks from 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 2nd and it shifts smoothly from P to D.
It also could be that I had a couple of bad diodes in rectifier. Anyway, the issue has been resolved. I'd like to thank everyone who replied to my original post.
