The codes translate as follows. A shop with Tech2 can help read the B codes which may narrow things down a little more, but it sounds like you may have an intermittent short or wiring issue as well as maybe a recirculation flap motor issue (not uncommon). Searching the board for these specific fault codes may help you further

7 Stepping motor, air-mixing flap, LH Jammed flap B2496

8 Stepping motor, air-mixing flap, LH Loose flap B2495
9 Stepping motor, air-mixing flap, RH Open circuit B2290

20 Control voltage, fan Short-circuit to B+ B2425
20 Control voltage, fan Short-circuit to ground B2425
21 Direct current motor, air recirculation flap B+ open circuit or shorted to ground B2410
22 This fault code means the ACC software is corrupt, this will require reflashing by a dealer using tech2
Most ACC systems will work normally with this code.
23 Sensor ground Ground to sensors shorting to B+ B2945
