ACC Problem

Car is 2002 9-5 Aero. 192,000 miles. Has a ACC problem. Couple of years ago, I think the driver’s side blend door malfunctioned-only blew hot/warm air on occasion. Got progressively worse. Recently, both passenger and driver’s side occasionally blew only hot/warm air. Became progressively worse.
Had Saab mechanic bypass the heater core – don’t need heat more than a few days a year in South Florida, and this was a workaround that seemed reasonable. When the bypass was completed, the cold air was wonderful.
Currently, will blow only hot/warm air on occasion for several days, then blow cool to cold for several days. There is no discernable pattern, such as 5 hot, then 5 cold days, etc.
The diagnostic check indicates 3 codes – 21, 22 and 18. Refrigerant level (I think) is fine, and when it blows cold…it’s cold.
Is there some sort of sensor that doesn’t tell the system that it needs to cool the car, not heat it?
I would appreciate any thoughts and insights this group might have. Thanks in advance.
P.S. the original post was written and (I thought) posted yesterday. New development-car was parked in the extremely hot south Florida sun for several hours today, and was extremely hot when opened. Now, the blower fan won’t run. Nothing, although I hear a sound for a moment as if it is “trying” to run, and the tach does a momentary, slight lurch as if the compressor is also trying to come on.
Currently have hood up, doors open trying to cool off the interior as best as I can, but could sure use some other thoughts.
