Saab 01 Aero Sedan
JJJ Performance Spring Lifts Rear
After market rims to accommodate the wider tires.
Just swapped tires and would like to comment.
Old Tires were
Kumho Ecsta 4X KU22
Ultra High Performance All-Season
New ones are
PIRELLI P6 FOUR SEASONS
Grand Touring All-Season
Kumo's were nice tires. There is a different in the road feel and the side to side handling compared with the Pirelli tires, but not a ton. They only reason the Pirelli's were purchased was because of a great deal. Was going to go with another set of Kumo's.
Road Sound at speed, Pirelli's are better, quite.
Road Feel at speed, Pirelli's have les road feel. Kumo's much more, almost too much.
Side to Side Handling medium speed, Kumo's win here, but not by a ton. Pirelli's roll a bit at once, then settle in.
So in general:
If you are doing a lot of highway driving, the Pirelli wins
If you are doing a log of medium speed curvy roads and not a lot of highway, Kumo wins.
