those low friction GM mandated crappy stock pistons will do that on their own if the MAF or something like that is not right......ask me how I know!!!
I have just under 300 HP in my 2000 red Aero wagon......but It has Wosner forged pistons, no balance shafts, aluminum flywheel, new bearings, valves, blue printed, balanced etc..... other end of the spectrum from "Tweak the ECU, crank up the boost and Pray!"
These engines will work well at 300HP if you build them first....starting with the pistons!!!
