A temp sensor is only included within the bottom heater pad of each front seat. The back heater pad does not include one; since the bottom and back pads are connected in series only one is required per front seat.
According to my notes, I used 8mm SS hog rings as replacements.
Regarding the WIS, consider buy a combo WIS / EPC DVD from the 'Bay.
