No neither of the codes have anything to do with that o-ring missing. One thing I always check with those codes is that the throttle cable is not just a tad to tight. I usually loosen it up one notch in the holder past were I think it should be. If the cable is a little too tight and the throttle cable sensor (peddle position sensor) does not see it going to the fully closed position it can set these codes and put the car in limp home. As well as not following the proper sequence to re-set limp honme.
Other than that possible problems are the throttle body, wiring to the throttle body or the T7 ecm. Good Luck, Bernie
