I have an '08 Aero Posted by MI-Roger [Email] (#882) [Profile/Gallery] (more from MI-Roger) on Thu, 19 Oct 2017 17:09:55 In Reply to: 2006 9-5, RobT, Thu, 19 Oct 2017 09:48:02 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Mine has 163K miles. No major issues, only non-D-I-Y work was replacement of the fuel pump and fuel sender. Brake pads were deficient in my opinion (although I bought the car used with 36K miles so I don't know if they had been replaced with dust-free pads) and I have since gone to a more aggressive pad for much better stopping.
Original parts include: suspension, exhaust, cooling system, brake rotors. The battery lasts about 5 years which is a HUGE improvement over my 2000 9-5. Only weird replacement was the ignition cylinder, possibly caused by the cylinder no longer having a door to keep crap out of the lock mechanism.
