I will look at the items mentioned by Bernie, David, and Anders, but the code refers to the Throttle Body so my condition may indeed mirror that of TG. Ironic as I was northbound on I-275 headed to I-94, about 15 miles due East and running a route parallel to TG's, when it happened to me.
UPDATE:
Nothing seemed loose. I loosened and re-tightened the hose clamp securing the TB Inlet Pipe. It is more secure now but it wasn't really too bad yesterday afternoon/evening (I had this pipe blow-off my Viggen's TB while negotiating traffic accident back-up traffic on I-75 in downtown Detroit three years ago. Fun!) Yesterday's driveability situation was similar but not anywhere near as bad. I have spare O-rings for this connection in my Parts Cabinet so I might install one anyway. (Guess why I bought these three years ago.)
All vacuum lines attached, periscope is snug, Turbo By-Pass Valve is secure. Not sure what motion I saw or thought I saw last night with its vacuum line but the movement didn't exist this morning.
I reset the code and drove the car around the block using the traditional automatic tranny single foot style of driving. Short drive was fine.
