With the sunroof open, in the front corners above the A pillars, and behind the mechanism for the wind deflector, you can see the front drain holes. They are pretty accessible to blow them out with shop air, or, you can fish a 6 or 7 foot long piece of weed-wacker line through them.
The rears are trickier as you can't easily see the drain openings even with the roof retracted. They do exit via rubber grommets behind the rear wheels just behind where the bumper wraps around (similar to the grommets under the front seats for the A/C), and you can also try the weed-wacker line trick from the bottom up.
Search BMILLAR's posts or gallery for some photos where he had dropped the headliner on his car. While that's generally not necessary to clear these drains, the photo does show the lines where they enter the A and C pillars given you a flavor of where they are routed.
