mostly ok! I've had mine go out at least twice and still put in regular commute miles while parts were shipped in. Avoid overheating situations like the 405 at rush hour, just in case. And you may lose some mpg's if your car is stuck in open-loop mode 'cause it's trying to warm itself up.
