I don't know for certain that this will fit your car, but I purchased a Bosch P/N 0280142300 solenoid valve which seems to match the purge solenoid valve (ONLY the valve, not tubing or check valve) on the two 2006 wagons that I maintain. I got the P/N from an ebay photo of a solenoid/tubing/check valve part advertised to come off a similar model year 9-5
I am waiting for the P0455 code to return on my daughter's car. When the CEL w P0455 code came on for that car, I replaced the fuel filler cap, the code went away for a while, then it returned. After clearing, CEL has stayed off this winter, but I expect that when it returns I will end up using this valve, some 1/4" ID fuel line and check valves I ordered up from US Plastics (know about them from my laboratory experience). These check valves should respond quickly enough to the system at low threshold pressures and will resist fuel vapors. If / when I do this I will post on my results. Good thing is the for the later year cars there is a single hose instead of the T-branched version on earlier models.
See the LINK below. eEuroparts sells this valve in three brands - priced around $30 plus or minus. This kind of fix will be labor intensive, so maybe not very cost effective for a professional mechanic.
