2005 Arc Idle Stumbles After Replacing O2 Sensor

My wife's 2005 Arc sedan threw some check engine lights indicating the O2 sensors are bad (P0331, if I recall). The sensors had about 80k miles on them, so I figured they were due to be replaced. Now, when cold, the car starts fine, but after a few seconds, the idle stumbles. It'll stumble down to 600 or 700 or so, then ramp up to about 1100. After the engine warms up, it seems to be fine.
I first thought it's a vacuum leak, but ir threw a CEL saying multiple random misfires. I also didn't notice any loose vacuum lines when I changed the O2 sensors, although I wasn't really looking for any.
Any ideas? Maybe a dirty throttle body or MAF? Spark plugs only have about 10k miles on them, and the DI cassette (genuine Saab) has about 65k miles on it.
Thanks in advance.
