120K miles for the tensioner, and also lower idler pulley if so equipped
60K miles for the belt and faster spinning upper idler pulley
This rule has served me well for 500K miles of 9-5 ownership. Wow! I never summed the mileage of my two 9-5's until just now. A cool half million miles total.
BTW - I 'found' a new 9-5 belt tensioner in my parts cabinet over the weekend. Dayco brand. I wonder how long that has been there?
