I am not sure this will help you, but the 9000S (non turbo) had a vacuum line direct from the FPR to the throttle body IIRC, and when the FPR diaphragm cracked it added fuel. Apparently the the adaptive electronics managed to keep the engine driveable right up to the point at which the leak was so bad that it drowned cylinders 2 and 3 on start up and just wouldn't run.
I was lucky to have this board for help. Someone described exactly my scenario. So I pulled the vacuum line, and I saw fuel in it. I got a new FPR early on a Monday a.m., and I was at work by 10:00 am. It felt like a miracle.
