Looks fine to me how's that saying go.. if it's not broke don't fix it. It runs good no signs of turbo failure sure doesn't suggest fixing something. FYI the 4 cylinder is prone to have an oil leak between the head and block on the pulley wheel side of the motor. Stories written here from saabers chasing this oil leak to cure the problem just don't work. I've read a dude spent 4grand ripping the motor down to replace the head gasket and cured the leak but after 30,000 miles the same leak was back. Good waste of money if you ask me. There are things you can do to stop the leak as in a quick patch job but the oil leak will return. This oil your seeing on the hose most likely originated from the head to block gasket leak and it's nothing new. Oil inside the turbo plumbing is perfectly normal it's from the blow off in the valve cover. The good news is you know your valves are getting lubed :) everything I've said is having the idea the motor is operating at 100% with nothing wrong or nothing has gone wrong with it. I say this because you've mentioned your rebuilding the cooling system and the only reason one would do that is because there has been a issue with it. Now if the motor red lined because of this cooling problem that puts a hole new outlook on the oil leak problem, and forget I've said anything because redline the motor for any length of time opens up a hole new can of worms.
