I pulled the leaking driver side headlight washer out from under my 2008 Aero. Much easier than having to pull the headlight and bumper cover and unbolt those on my 2004 Arc. The 2008 has tabs that clip into slots behind the bumper cover. I ended up pulling the separate headlight washer pump motor fuse in the underhood fuse box and clamping that hose as it came out of the reservoir. Looking at the washer unit, I may have enough plastic left on the backplate where the hose connects to have the O-ring seal it and then epoxy it permanently to the body. Then I can mount it back into the bumper cover with the color matched faceplate. Whether I hook the hose back up and reinstall the fuse to waste so much washer fluid is a question. Next problem is center hood spray nozzle.... Plastic cracked and sprays up in air as well. Attempted superglue to fill crack but succeeded only in closing off one of the little nozzles!! Why can't I find these spray heads separately instead of buying the entire set?
