If the hose under the throttle body is the one going to the oil separator, it's a pain to disconnect. You have to squeeze the two tabs while you pull the hose off.....fat chance.
Consider bending a stiff wire into a U to push over the tabs to hold them in while you pull the hose off. Of course, this is easiest when working from the bottom.
