I don't understand how 100 would bend a wrench. I'm old and have very little muscle. I carry a standard 1/2" breaker bar in my car with a chrome socket for lug nuts. It's always been enough for me if they're around a 100.. I bought a '92' classic Saab from a Saab mechanic some years back. It was a car he was flipping that was left at the shop because it needed a head gasket and other things. One was some brake work. I was there when he was installing the wheels. He had a brand new Snapon 1/2" battery impaction that advertised something like 500 ft-pds of torque. He installed the wheels and I watched him hammer those lug bolts until they were good and tight. Later after I had the car I wanted do pull the wheels for something. I have the 24" Snapon breaker bar. Couldn't budge them with that. Added a 3" pipe. Could barely get them loose with all my strength. The breaker bar now has a slight bend in memory of that job. I now check the lug tightness when I get my car back from shop work. I don't want to be by the side of the road trying to handle a flat tire with 4-500 pounds of torque.
