Agree. no start hot and does start cold kinda points to a CPS which is an inexpensive, common fix. I replaced the CPS on our 9-5's as I acquired them (used) to eliminate the issue down the road for 5-10 yrs depending on mileage and operating conditions (i think they last longer in a cool climate). When the cars were younger, you could morph a 9-5 into a camry by replacing the CPS, coolant temp sensor, heater valve, DI (keep the good spare), and spark plugs. I wait on the throttle body until it starts acting up. Battery/cable are still suspects. You may want to disconnect the battery to reset the engine computer to defaults to get rid of any detritus that has built up.
