take a peek at eeuroparts.com to see your options for parts under the HVAC category.. They have OEM as well as some beefed up versions of the blend door lever arms...
those linkage arms seem to be the most common issue, though I've had 2 stepping motors burn out over time. The arms usually crack near the larger hole. If that's your problem, before replacing the arm, be sure the flap can be moved freely via the shaft, and nothing is binding, otherwise you'll run into the same problem again.. or worse.
Sometimes the motor is fine, but the shaft/gear assembly within the motor moves outward over time.. and you'll need to press that back in a bit.. there's a youtube video on it..
