Extremely low rear ride height with brand new coils?

Car is an '08 Aero SportCombi w/ auto trans. Looking for some insight as to what may be causing my rear ride height to be so low after installing brand new rear coil springs along with new Koni Active shocks. The new coils came as part of a "sport chassis" kit I got from Sweden through eSaabparts. I opted to upgrade the shocks and struts to Koni's. The front end sits maybe 1/4" higher than the other two non-Aero wagons in the driveway, rear end is 2"+ lower, and sits even lower than it did with the old (212k mile) coils. The p/n on the new coils is 12 760 117 as opposed to the 12 760 118 on the old coils, but both are listed for 5d's with sport suspension.
I plan to order some spacers to bring ride height up closer to spec, but what could have gone wrong here?
