before you start throwing money at it, focus on the obvious stuff.. like the tires themselves (type of tire, and wear).. and make sure the tires are inflated to spec.. then focus on the alignment.. as those can all contribute greatly to the loose feeling.. .
then go to the obvious.. at that age/mileage.. struts and rear shocks are probably getting soft...
then start looking at the other stuff.. The top engine mount on the passengers side.. is a known to wear more quickly than the others.. Sway bar links are a favorite.. and cheap to replace...
I would think control arm bushings/ball joints.. etc.. would make some obvious sounds when their time is up.. .
