2 screws at the top, some you-bust them plastic clips,4 screws at the front of the lower air panel and 2 screws on each wheel well. Pull the sides off starting at the wheel well, and the bumper cover falls off. The headlamp washer hose is on the left side and the wire harness is on the right, no need to disconnect them. 3 fasteners hold in each headlamp, and them you can take it out and see what you are doing. If you run a flickering bulb for too long it will kill the control unit on the side of the lamp assembly. Test everything before you re-install the bumper.
Way easier than removing battery etc.
