The black caps are available from some of the site sponsors in sets of 20 including a tool for removal. I believe all of the lug bolt heads are the same size, 17 mm, on all years, at least they are on my 2000 through 2007 9-5s. The well-know online auction site also has similar caps in grey and shiny silver depending upon your preference and they seem to hold up pretty well. You can also get the center caps at the same auction site used in SAAB or SAAB-Scania (1999-2000) type (watch for wear issue similar to yours) or some of the site sponsors have new caps available in the traditional style or even in the "NEVS" style which is a simple black cap with the SAAB letters in silver. Another option for the center caps is a guy in Portugal on the auction site who sells well-made stick-on replacement disks for your caps. They have a thick clear dome covering and are available in many styles including some SAAB never used. He mails them so they arrive quickly. I believe some (most?) of the caps sold new are now made in China even though they have the SAAB numbering molded into the back just like OEM. They also seem to hold up pretty well although they seem to cloud over after a few years.
