DIY pressure test ? If you are DIY'ing this, I would do a simple pressure test to confirm the leak at the block-connector O-ring. If a shop does it they can use their specialized apparatus - but for DIY I have taken the small return hose off of the coolant expansion tank, plugged it, and fitted a small pump onto the coolant tank with some 1/4 inch ID fuel hose. If you do this, don't take your pressure higher than about 10 PSI - so that you have a buffer to the ca. 15 PSI cap relief limit; you don't want to create any new leaks! You get a much better view on things if you remove the front spray shield between bumper and subframe - only eight fasteners (usually 8mmm heads).
Confirming the leak is good, but as Swedecar pointed out, the fix for a leak at this O-ring means pump removal and replacement. On the four 9-5's I've owned, this O-ring has failed 3 times - along with two 'real' water pump failures. I always installed a new pump if this happened, since the work is all the same.
Hope this is helpful.
