When I got my 2001 Aero 10 years ago it had 117,000 with zero maintenance on the transmission fluid, look like muck and the car shifted poorly. Bought 2 cases of Dexron 3 fro NAPA. Spent an afternoon flushing with the two cases, cured shifting problem. Perform a fluid flush once a year with 10 quarts. Fluid looks new and with 240,000 on transmission. Zero problems. No short cuts and got results. Waste of money on synthetic.
