It's less likely for being the ign switch.
Next test would be to monitor the voltage on starter solenoid wire right out by the starter to see if you have 12 V there as well during cranking.
And then measure voltage drop between positive battery terminal and starter positive cable lug nut to see if you have lots of voltage drop between the two points during cranking.
