The key to the rear mount is to remove the bracket that connects the mount to the transmission. The sequence is to remove the top bolt from the mount, remove the three bolts that connect the bracket to the transmission, then remove the bracket. At that point you can get to the 4 bolts that attach the mount to the subframe.
Because the top transmission mount holds up the transmission, the engine won’t fall on your head when you remove the rear mount. The last time I did the job, it took a little more than an hour. The only thing that can go wrong is the 4 mounting bolts can be stuck or rusted sometimes.
