If you have a dial indicator that you can get to the rotor surface, put a few lug bots o n(you may have to use some spacers), then snug the lugs bolts up. Spin the rotor by hand and see how much runout you have...I have had the same "vibrations" you talk about and for me, it was uneven pad transfer to rotors...You may need a smidge taken off the rotors as others have stated..I myself, love akebono ceramic pads..Keep us posted..Good luck
