I think you've got plenty to spare, in the load rating.
I've got 4 of these 9-5s, ranging from '01 to '06 and I'll switch the wheels and tires around fairly often. And I must say, the 225 size (at least with General AS-05s) has worked out better; either wheel width. 235 is just too much bulk and besides, the suspension isn't well enough designed to take advantage of that added rubber. Btw when I run 16s, I use a 205x55 because again, the oversized tire (215) goes off and does what it wants to do and the 9-5 just ignores it.
