I purchased this car 15 years ago... And I've never replaced the exhaust. But now, either I've gotten older, or its gotten louder, or both.

I just checked for leaks, and there are none to be found, but when on the throttle at all, or at zero throttle and slowing down, I get a nice drone that is louder than I'd like.

I feel like it has gotten progressively louder over the last 5+ years. Again, might just be me getting older. The kids (also not around 15 years ago) also state that its really loud.

So - I'm in the market for a new exhaust, but because I know this one isn't stock, I thought I'd reach out to understand best options. I don't WANT to give up any performance gained by this setup, but if that's what needs to happen in order to get it quieter, so be it.

Thoughts on what it is? Replacement of just the muffler? Replace the entire system? If so, what muffler or system is recommended.

P.s. - I purchased the car with about 35k miles if I recall. So, this has at least 135k on the exhaust. I don't drive the car in the winter, so no salt.
