Hi,
Sorry for late reply.
Phenomena : Driving on highway for a couple hours. Suddenly heard whining
noise from gearbox and car can go no further. Stop the car put in D or R,
no power. Revv up but nothing transmitted to wheel.
Wait for a tow car for 1 hour. Try driving again and it could for maybe 30 seconds and no power again so the clutches should be fine.
Mech tried new solenoid ==> nothing change. So suspected the valve body.
