There are many things it could be. Sort of sounds like a large air leak. Did you check the hoses going into and out of the intercooler either at the turbo or at the inlet to the throttle body pipe?
Another thing to check would be timing I have seen a few times were the bolt holding the sprocket to the cam cam loose. I guess also check wiring to the fuel injectors. I have seen a wire get pinched causing all the fuel injectors to operate at 100% and flood the car quickly. Good Luck, Bernie
