You can pump it out the fill plug hole rather than slide under the car to drain it out through the drain plug, but the fill plug needs to be removed either way.
I actually have a dipstick and tube I salvaged from an '06 in a Pick-n-Pull yard. The tube is too large in diameter to fit in the threaded fill hole on my '08!
